0.9X7.5M Food Industry Continuous Salt Drying Fluid Bed Dryer
Vibrating fluid bed dryer is widely used for operation of drying, cooling and damp increasing (or carry out at the same time) for powder or granule materials. Material is fed into the machine from feeding inlet, and moves forward continuously along with the level of fluid bed under the action of vibration force. Hot air passes through fluid bed and carries out heat exchanging with damp material. Then the damp air is exhausted out by exhaust fan, some fine powder is collected by cyclone separator and dust remover, and dried product is discharged from discharging outlet.
Fluid Bed Dryer Charactaristics
Quick-open structure will be adopted in it, the upper bed can be moved easily and it is convenient for cleaning.
The bed board was made with laser punching technology, it effectively avoid deformation by common punching technology.
The lower bed is supported by stainless steel seamless tube. It’s more strong.
Raw material is heated evenly and heat exchange is fully used and dry capacity is high. Compared with ordinary dryer ,the energy can be saved about 30%.
The vibration is created by motor. It is stable in operation and convenient in maintenance, low noise and long life.
The fluidized state is stable and no dead angle and phenomenon of broken out.
It is good in regulation and wide in suitability. The thickness and moving speed in the machine and the amplitude change speed of the material can be steeples regulated.
It is small for damaging the surface of raw material. The machine can be used for drying materials that are easy broken. The drying effect can not be affected even materials gave anomalous shape.
It is effective to prevent from cross pollution between raw material and air because the equipment adopts fully closed structure. So that keeps the environment clean.
