Product Description
Continuous Crumb Chips Vibrating Fluidized Bed-Drying
Material is fed into the dryer from feeding port, under the action of vibrating force, material moves forward with the fluidized
state continuously along the horizontal direction. Hot air passes through fluid bed from bottom to up and does heat exchange with damp material. After the powder is collected by cyclone separator, damp air is exhausted out. Dried product is discharged from discharging port.
Fluid Bed Dryer Working Principle
The material feeding port into the machines, in the air flow and vibration of the dual role, materials for continuous casting along the fluidized bed forward movement. Hot air upward through the fluidized bed and wet materials back out heat, dust removal by the cyclone separator after discharge, dry material by the material mouth eduction.
Fluid Bed Dryer Features
1.Upper bed and bottom bed adopt the new quit-open type structure, upper bed can be moved quickly. It is easy to clean completely.
2.Bed plate adopts laser punching way to make, it can avoid the plate be out of shape during the common punching process
3.Bottom plate is supported by stainless steel seamless tube, the structure of bed is stronger, and operational life is long
4.Material is heated uniformly, heat exchange is full, drying intensity is high, energy saving is about 30% than common dryer.
5.Vibrating source is vibrating motor, its work is stable, easy to maintain, noisy is low, life is long.
6.Fluidized state is stable, no dead corner or broken out phenomenon
7.Adjustability is good, and application scope is wide
8.Small damage to the surface of material, it can be used for drying breakable materials. It doesn’ effect the work efficiency
when the shape of material is irregular.
9.Adopts all closed structure, it can avoid the cross pollution between material and air effectively. Work environment is clean.
Fluid Bed Dryer Charactaristics

♦ It flows stability, with no dead angle and blown through phenomenon.
♦ It is adjustable, wide adaptation. The moving speed of the bed depth and the material in the dryer can achieve stepless adjustment by the changes of the amplitude.
♦ It makes small damage to the surface of the material, can be used for the drying of the fragile materials and will not affect the work results if the particles are irregular.
♦ It uses full closed structure; effectively prevent the cross-contamination of the materials and air, clean operation environment.
♦ Materials drying time is basic equality, residence time is short, bed depth is small, usually 2 ~ 5cm.
