Working Principle of Centrifugal Spray Dryer:

 

The air is filtered and heated into the top air distributor in the top of the dryer. The hot air is spirally and uniformly into the drying chamber. The high speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower is made into very fine mist droplets and can be dried in a very short time with the hot air. The finished product is continuously made of the bottom and spin of the drying tower. In the air separator, the exhaust gas is emptied by the fan.

 

 

 

 

 

Kinds of Spray Dryer:

 

1. centrifugal spray

 

High-speed centrifugal spray drying is the most widely used technology in liquid forming and drying industry. Most suitable for the production of powdered, granular solid products from solutions, emulsions, suspensions and paste liquid raw materials.

Therefore, spray drying is an ideal process when the particle size distribution, residual moisture content, bulk density and particle shape of the finished product must meet the precise standard.

 

 

2. pressure spray

 

The working process of the unit is that the feed liquid is high pressure input through the diaphragm pump, the mist droplets are ejected, and then the same hot air flows down, most of the powder particles are collected by the bottom discharge port of the tower, and the waste gas and its tiny powder are separated by the cyclone separator. The exhaust gas is discharged by the extractor, the powder is collected from the pollinator located at the lower end of the cyclone separator, and the outlet of the fan can be equipped with a two-stage dedusting device. The recovery rate is above 96-98%.

The machine adopts a totally enclosed form , all the components are made of stainless steel , and are provided with a three - stage purifying device , and the filtered air reaches the requirement of 100,000 . The cylinder body and the top are provided with a cold wall device , so that the wall temperature is 80 DEG C , and the air brush sweeping device is arranged in the drying tower .

 

4. Air spray

 

Working principle: mainly air or water vapor is ejected from the nozzle through the high speed nozzle, and the material liquid is separated into tiny droplets by the friction force. The heat exchange is formed with the hot air to form the heat exchange. The whole process is less than half a minute. The effect is very good for the sticky material. It is incomparable to other spray driers and is easy to operate.
