1.2x2.1M Scratch Double Drum Dryer For Yeast Drying

1. Drums Shell – SA 516 Gr. 70 with Hard Chrome Plating. The polishing outer surface should be chrome-plated up to 90 microns.

2. Drums End Plates - SA 516 Gr. 70 with SS 316 lining

3. End Damplate – SS316 with PTFE Food Grade. Water-cooled endplates, to avoid encrustation

4. Applicator Rollers – cast iron with Hard Chrome Plating. The polishing outer surface should be chrome-plated up to 90 microns. Applicator Roller should be heated or Cooled internally by saturated steam or Cooling Water.

5. All other product contact parts- SS304

6. Non-contact parts - SS 304.

7. Air blow system, to cool and guide the sheet.

8. VFD for each applicator rolls

9. Nip feed for the main drum: 1 Unit. Input header with holes at the bottom throughout the pipe to feed the input material onto the top of the drums. Single input header between the top of the drum. Nip feed for applicator rollers: 2 Units. Nip Feed Input header with multiple nozzles at the bottom throughout the drum to feed the input feed/raw material on to gap between the applicator rollers.

10. RPM meter for Drum, Each Applicator Roller, and Screw Conveyors.

11. Surface finish. All product contact part Ra<0.8 mkm, all welds and non-contactparts Ra<1.6mkm.
